Pride of Kent is a moderately high alpha and beta acids hop, bred at Wye, with a pleasant continental-type aroma. It was bred of an open pollination with Brewer’s Gold, and PoK is the mother of the celebrated Australian variety, Pride of Ringwood. Good vigor and yield, but only fair to poor storage stability.
