Recipe Notes:

Similar to a popular East Coast Lager, this recipe features a light soft malt flavor combined with an interesting and pronounced hop flavor/finish to produce a very tasty beer. Clean, crisp and smooth, very easy to drink. Rich, yet delicate hoppy aftertaste stays in your palette memory for days.
