Ingredients: 8 lbs Maris Otter 12 oz Caramel/Crystal 60 8 oz Chocolate Malt 4.8 oz Flaked Oats - US 4.8 oz Fuggle (US) 1 Nottingham Ale (yeast)Instructions: 1. Add grains to pre-heated water and rest @ 153F for 60 min. 2. Remove grains and bring to boil. 3. Add hops and boil for 60 mins. 4. Cool to 65F, add yeast and let ferment for 1-2 weeks. 5. Bottle with priming sugar, let carbonate 1-2 weeks. 6. Chill and enjoy your delicious beer!

Recipe Notes:

Did a full, crazy mash schedule for this one, mostly to test out my new electric (arduino based) BIAB kettle:
20 min @ 105F
10 min @ 120F
40 min @ 140F
20 min @ 158F

Came out nicely, although it could have used a touch more hops for bittering, and even aromatics.
